Appointments for new patients last for about one hour. We encourage patients to come 15-30 minutes early to familiarize themselves with our office, staff and services. Each consultation is individual and conducted discretely. The Doctors' approach is to listen to each person's concerns and to encourage active participation in discussions regarding the procedures. They believe that developing a rapport with each patient using open and honest communication is the hallmark of consultation.

The abundance of material available makes it difficult for patients to figure out what is true and tested and what is a marketing gimmick. The Doctors take time during consultations to separate fact from fiction, myth from reality, hype from realistic expectations... what works and what does not. The Doctors stay on the cutting edge of cosmetic surgery by attending many national and international meetings and keeping up with all the latest developments.

An informative consultation, thorough evaluation and discussion takes time and sometimes an hour may not be enough. We encourage patients to come back for additional discussions as necessary. We provide materials pertaining to the procedure, informative brochures and cost estimates during the initial consultation. Our cosmetic patient representative and cosmetic patient coordinator are also available for follow-up telephone consultations.
